MUSCATINE, IA - According to KWQC, a woman ran over a 17-year-old girl on the 300 block of Broadway St on Jan. 13.
The driver, an 18-year-old woman, allegedly ran over the victim with the front of her car before putting the vehicle in reverse and running over her a second time.
Authorities have charged the driver with serious injury by vehicle and reckless driving.
