David Reed

David has been practicing law for more than 23 years. Over the course of his career, he has represented individuals, families, businesses, plaintiffs, and defendants across a broad range of legal matters. His practice has included family law, divorce, custody, modification proceedings, criminal defense, business representation, complex civil litigation, professional malpractice, and personal injury matters.

As an experienced litigator, David understands that successful advocacy requires more than knowing the law. It requires preparation, judgment, clear communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to stand confidently for a client when the stakes are high. David has handled cases from initial consultation through final resolution, helping clients evaluate their options, understand the legal process, and pursue practical, results-driven outcomes.

David also brings substantial experience representing businesses and professionals in disputes involving contracts, liability exposure, risk management, and litigation strategy. Whether advising an individual client through a family-law dispute or helping a business navigate a complex legal problem, David focuses on providing direct advice, strong advocacy, and steady guidance.

A Navy veteran, David brings discipline, persistence, and resolve to his legal practice. He is a proud graduate of the University of Colorado Denver and Syracuse University College of Law.

Outside the office, David is a husband and proud father of two teenage boys who are active athletes. Much of his time away from work is spent traveling to baseball games, basketball tournaments, football activities, and supporting his sons in the sports and activities they love.
