Marcy Lundberg
About
Raised on a farm in a rural north-central Iowa community, Marcy earned her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University before attending Drake University Law School. Since beginning her legal career in 2004, family law litigation has remained a primary focus of her practice.
For more than twenty years, Marcy has helped clients find clarity, stability, and resolution during times of uncertainty. She handles cases involving complex family dynamics in Iowa district courts and appellate courts, and works closely with clients throughout each stage of the process. Her goal is to provide strategic guidance grounded in fairness and empathy, informed by a deep understanding of Iowa’s legal system and applicable law.
Marcy represent clients in all areas of family law, including paternity, custody, child support and modifications, prenuptial agreements, divorce, property division, alimony, termination of parental rights, and adoption. She advocates for her clients’ interests by being firm when necessary, flexible when appropriate, and compassionate at every step.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with my children and grandchildren, taking road trips to the beach or the mountains, and gardening—or at least trying to.
