DAVENPORT, IA - A man died after they slammed into a tree on the 1300 block of Cedar St Thursday, according to KWQC.
A 44-year-old driver was heading north on Cedar St at excessive speeds when they lost control of their vehicle and crashed into a tree around 11:32 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the driver dead at the scene of the accident.
