DES MOINES, IA - A driver struck and killed a pedestrian on the 4300 block of NW 2nd St Monday, according to KCCI.
The driver hit the victim, an adult male, around 8:15 p.m. The victim was walking south on NW 2nd St and was wearing dark clothing.
Officials have not released the victim's name.
The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident.
