News: Deputies investigate fatal auto vs. pedestrian crash in Hamburg

HAMBURG, IA - The Fremont County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly auto vs. pedestrian collision that happened at Main St and E St on Thursday, according to WOWT.

The driver of a Ford F-150 hit a 77-year-old man as he was walking to his vehicle around 6 p.m.

Rescue crews transported the victim to an area hospital, where he died.

The Ford F-150 driver was not hurt in the crash.

Officials have not released the victim's name.
