STORY COUNTY, IA - According to KCCI, one person died and two others were injured in a two-vehicle collision at 130th St and 630th Ave on Saturday.
A 31-year-old male was driving a car when he ran a stop sign and was struck by a pickup truck driven by a 56-year-old woman around 5:40 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the car driver dead at the scene. They transported that driver's passenger, a 32-year-old woman, and the pickup truck driver to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The Story County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident.
