WARREN COUNTY, IA - Two people are dead following a three-vehicle collision near US 69 and 128th Ave Friday, according to We Are Iowa.
A 47-year-old man was driving a Chevy Silverado north on US 69 when he strayed into the southbound lanes of traffic and collided with two trucks around 5 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the Silverado driver and a 29-year-old female passenger from one of the trucks that were hit dead at the scene. They transported two others to area hospitals.
The Iowa State Patrol is investigating the incident.
