CASS COUNTY, IA - According to We Are Iowa, three people died in a head-on collision on US 71 near Troublesome Creek Rd Friday.
A 43-year-old male driving a 1999 Ford F350 was heading north on US 71 when he strayed into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a 2001 Toyota Camry driven by a 46-year-old male around 1 p.m.
Both drivers and a 15-year-old passenger died in the crash.
Rescue crews transported a 10-year-old boy and a 12-year-old boy to local hospitals.
