PARKERSBURG, IA - A teen died following a UTV accident in a farm pasture near 120th St Monday, according to KCRG.
A minor was operating the UTV when they attempted to miss colliding with a fence and flipped the vehicle over, pinning the passenger, a 17-year-old male, underneath it.
Rescue crews pronounced the 17-year-old dead at the scene and transported the driver to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
