IOWA CITY, IA - Two people lost their lives in a 15-vehicle wreck on I-80 Sunday, according to We Are Iowa.
The incident happened around 5:45 a.m. when multiple drivers lost control of their vehicles due to icy driving conditions. Nine semi-trucks were involved in the pileup.
The incident is under investigation by the Iowa State Patrol
