OTTUMWA, IA - A motorcyclist died following a two-vehicle collision at US 34 and Venture Place on Monday, according to We Are Iowa.
A 71-year-old male was riding a motorcycle east on US 34 when he slammed into a vehicle that turned from US 34 WB onto Venture Pl around 3:50 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene. The car driver was not hurt in the incident.
The Ottumwa Police Department is investigating the incident.
