BUCHANAN COUNTY, IA - A motorcyclist lost his life and his passenger was injured in a motorcycle wreck near 118th St and Indiana Ave Saturday, according to KCRG.
A 50-year-old male was riding a motorcycle east on 118th St when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a ditch around 5:52 p.m. The collision ejected the 50-year-old and his passenger from the motorcycle.
Rescue crews pronounced the 50-year-old dead at the scene and airlifted his passenger to an area hospital.
The Iowa State Patrol is investigating the incident.
