ANKENY, IA- Officials reported a collision on I-35 southbound that closed the center lane near Ankeny on Friday morning, according to Statewide Iowa 511 Reporting.

At approximately 8:45am, the center lane of I-35 in between Exit 92 towards East 1st Street and Exit 90 towards Oralabor Road was closed due to a collision. The cause and nature of the accident has not been reported at this time.
