POCAHONTAS COUNTY, IA - A driver lost their life when they fatally collided with another vehicle on Hwy 4 near 440th St Thursday, according to We Are Iowa.
A 75-year-old man was driving north on IA 4 when he strayed into oncoming traffic and hit a southbound vehicle head-on.
Rescue crews pronounced the 75-year-old driver dead at the scene of the accident.
The other driver was not hurt in the collision.
