CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - A driver hit a union worker from Ingredion near the 8th Ave Bridge Tuesday, according to KCRG.
The driver hit the victim as they were walking on the sidewalk.
When confronted, the driver allegedly pulled out a gun.
The incident is under investigation by the Cedar Rapids Police Department.
