DES MOINES, IA - According to KCCI, a female driver struck a pedestrian at Crow Tow Wednesday.
The driver allegedly retrieved her car from the towing company without paying the fee and slammed through the gate when she hit the pedestrian.
Rescue crews transported the pedestrian, an unidentified woman, to an area hospital in unknown condition.
Police are trying to locate the driver.
