DES MOINES, IA- A juvenile bicyclist was struck and injured by a vehicle near East 12th Street in Des Moines early Tuesday, according to WHO 13 News.
At approximately 7:40am, a 12-year-old bicyclist was struck in the intersection of East 12th Street and Cleveland Avenue after leaving the sidewalk. He was subsequently transported to an area hospital by ambulance. No further details are available at this time.
