DES MOINES, IA -- One person was injured Tuesday evening in a motorcycle accident near MacRae Park in south Des Moines, according to DSM Police Scanner.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Southwest 9th Street and Davis Avenue. It was first reported by DSM at 6:05 p.m.
It was unclear what led up to the crash or whether another vehicle was involved, but authorities said the rider was left bleeding from the face.
Medics were en route the scene.
