JOHNSON COUNTY, IA -- A vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon partially blocked an Interstate 80 entrance ramp near south Oxford, according to Iowa 511.
The collision occurred on the ramp connecting Black Hawk Avenue to I-80 eastbound. It was first reported by 511 at 3:25 p.m.
