ADAIR, IA - A male driver died after colliding with a semi-truck on White Pole Rd Thursday, according to We Are Iowa.
At 9:20 a.m., a 36-year-old male was heading south on White Pole Rd when he strayed into the northbound lanes of traffic and slammed into a semi-truck head-on. The 36-year-old was not wearing a seat belt.
Emergency crews pronounced the 36-year-old driver dead at the scene of the accident. The semi-truck driver was not harmed in the collision.
The incident is under investigation by the Iowa State Patrol.
