NEWTON, IA- Officials reported and responded to a vehicle fire on I-80 westbound near the Iowa Speedway in Newton on Monday, according to Statewide Iowa 511 Reporting.
At approximately 8:57pm, the exit ramp towards Exit 168 near the Iowa Speedway was closed due to a vehicle fire in the area. The cause of the fire has not been confirmed at this time.
