COLFAX, IA – At least one lane was closed following a car accident near Colfax early Friday morning.
According to Iowa 511, the collision was initially reported just after 5 a.m. along the westbound lanes of I-80, near Exit 155 to Iowa 117.

The far left lane was shut down for some time after the crash while crews worked to clear the scene.
it is unclear if anyone was injured as a direct result of the crash.
