MONDAMIN, IA – Three people were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle crash in Harrison County on Saturday night.

According to a report by Western Iowa Today, the collision was first reported at bout 7:50 p.m. along I-29 at mile marker 89.

Investigators say a 2013 Chrysler 200 heading south on the interstate drove on the shoulder and collided with the rear of a Toyota Camry. The Chrysler then skidded across the roadway and crashed into the cable guardrail.

All three individuals involved in the crash suffered serious injuries as a result. No updates regarding their conditions are available at this time.
