DECATUR COUNTY, IA - According to the Iowa State Patrol, troopers are investigating a deadly single-vehicle crash that happened at US 69 and 120th St on Sunday.
A 45-year-old woman was driving a 2006 Honda Accord south on US 69 when she strayed off the road into a ditch before crashing into a tree around 4:18 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the driver to an area hospital, where she died.
