CARROLL COUNTY, IA - According to KCCI, officials have released additional details concerning the deadly crash that happened on US 71 near 150th St on Monday.
A 41-year-old male was driving a 2005 Ford F-150 south on US 71 when he crashed into a ditch and slammed into an electric pole around 8 a.m.
The driver and his daughter, a ninth grader at Carroll High School, died in the crash.
