TIFFIN, IA - One of the three people hurt in a duplex fire on the 100 block of Stephan St on Sunday has died, according to KCRG.
The fire started at 192 Stephans St around 8:47 a.m. It eventually spread to 194 Stephan St.
Rescue crews transported a 34-year-old man and two deputies to an area hospital, where the 34-year-old man died. The two deputies were treated and released.
Fire crews extinguished the fire, which displaced six residents.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
