BETTENDORF, IA - The Bettendorf Police Department is investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that happened at Spruce Hills Dr and Olympia Dr on Wednesday, according to KWQC.
.A 21-year-old man was riding a 2005 Harley Davidson Sportster east on Spruce Hills Dr at high speeds when he crashed into a 2022 Honda Accord that turned left from Olympia Dr onto Spruce Hills Dr around 6:50 p.m.
Rescue crews performed life-saving measures on the motorcyclist and transported him to an area hospital, where he died.
Officials have not released the motorcyclist's name.
The Medical Examiner's Office will perform an autopsy.
