BETTENDORF, IA - Firefighters responded to a fire at Sivyer Steel Castings, LLC, located at 225 33rd St, on Monday, according to KWQC.
The fire started in the structure around 9 p.m. and spread throughout the building. Heavy fire came through the roof when fire crews arrived around 9:04 p.m.
The five employees at the plant exited the building safely.
Nobody was injured in the incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Bettendorf Fire Department and the State Fire Marshal's Office.
