STORY COUNTY, IA - A driver died in a fiery single-vehicle crash near 660th Ave and 170th St Friday, according to We Are Iowa.
The driver was heading south on 660th Ave when they left the road and crashed.
Emergency crews discovered the vehicle, which was on fire by this time, around 1:20 p.m. They pronounced the driver dead at the scene.
The incident is under investigation by the Story County Sheriff's Office. They urge anyone with information concerning the wreck to contact them.
