MITCHEVILLE, IA - A driver died in a single-vehicle collision on westbound I-80 near Mitchellville Friday, according to We Are Iowa.
A 40-year-old male was driving a Dodge Ram 2500 west on I-40 when he strayed off the road and into a ditch around 10:44 p.m. The collision caused his vehicle to roll over several times and eject him from the vehicle. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
First responders pronounced the driver dead at the scene.
