ALTOONA, IA – According to We Are Iowa, officials have released more information concerning the fatal accident at Adventureland Park Monday.
A 20-year-old contractor fell on ice. Rescue crews performed life-saving measures on the contractor before transporting him to the hospital, where he died.
The incident is under investigation by OSHA.
