DES MOINES, IA - According to KCCI, more information has been released concerning theboy who fell from the ceiling at Windsor Elementary School Tuesday.
The 10-year-old boy, who has Down Syndrome, climbed on a desk and a cabinet before falling from the classroom's ceiling.
The boy suffered bumps and bruises in the incident.
