MUSCATINE, IA - Emergency crews were called to the scene of a house fire on the 2000 block of Lucas St on Friday, according to KWQC.
Dispatchers received a call about smoke coming from the basement of the house at 10:32 p.m.
Firefighters had the fire completely extinguished around 12:15 a.m.
The home's three occupants and a cat exited the property without injury.
It is unclear what caused the fire.
