A 77-year-old male from Oxford Junction was driving a car when he struck an 83-year-old male from Cedar Falls riding a bicycle around 2:24 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the bicyclist dead at the scene.
The Iowa State Patrol is investigating the crash.
