BURLINGTON, IA - A duplex at 212 S 10th St caught on fire Sunday, according to KWQC.
Firefighters were called to the scene around 12:30 p.m. Flames were visible on the first floor when the crews arrived.
The structure is a total loss following the fire. The building was vacant and nobody was hurt in the incident.
Firefighters had the fire extinguished and the area cleared at 4:44 p.m.
The incident is considered suspicious and is under investigation by firefighters and police.
