DES MOINES, IA- A driver with a gunshot wound was found involved in a collision on 11th Street on Saturday afternoon, according to the Des Moines Police Department.

At approximately 12:13pm, officials reported and responded to a collision that occurred near the 1500 block of 11th Street. The cause of the collision has not been confirmed, however, the driver was found to be suffering from a gunshot wound. Further details have not been confirmed at this time.
