COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - Emergency crews responded to the scene of a crash on I-29 near the Nebraska border this afternoon.
According to a report by Iowa 511, the crash took place at about 2:39 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the interstate near Exit 42 to County Road H10.
