MONROE, IA- A head-on collision killed two in the eastbound lanes of IA-163 in Monroe on Thursday, according to Iowa Accident Reporting.
At approximately 7:53pm, two cars crashed near mile marker 22 in Monroe. One person was declared dead at the scene, while one died shortly after at the hospital. No further information has been confirmed at this time.
