ALBIA, IA- Officials responded to a collision involving a motorcycle on the US 34 roadway on Saturday, according to Iowa Accident Reporting.
At approximately 10:10am, a motorcycle lost control of the bike due to wind and crashed off the roadway near the 39th mile marker of US 34. The motorcyclist's passenger was pronounced dead at the scene and the motorcyclist was airlifted to an area hospital for treatment.
