DES MOINES, IA -- A two-vehicle accident was reported Tuesday afternoon near the Douglas Acres neighborhood in northeast Des Moines, according to DSM Police Scanner.
The collision occurred at the intersection of East 38th Street and East Broadway Avenue. It was first reported by DSM at 3:36 p.m.
