POLK COUNTY, IA -- A vehicle incident Wednesday afternoon blocked a left shoulder on Interstate 35 near Otter Creek Golf Course in northeast Ankeny, according to Stateside Iowa 511.
The event occurred on the southbound lanes from County Road F22 (Exit 96) to 36th Street (Exit 94). It was first reported by Iowa 511 at 2:14 p.m.
