LINN COUNTY, IA- A motorcyclist was injured after striking a deer on Highway 1 in Linn County on Thursday night, according to CBS Iowa.
At approximately 8:30pm, officials responded to a collision involving a motorcycle and a deer on Highway 1, south of Longview Court. The motorcyclist suffered minor injuries and was subsequently transported to an area hospital in Iowa City.
