MANCHESTER, IA- The right shoulder of IA-13 was blocked near Manchester due to a crash on Wednesday evening, according to Statewide Iowa 511 Reporting.
At approximately 5:31pm, a collision occurred near the intersection of IA-13 and County Road C64, about two miles north of Manchester. The right shoulder of the roadway was closed due to the incident, however, no further information has been identified at this time.
