SIOUX CENTER, IA - A driver was injured when he crashed into a pickup truck in Sioux Center this afternoon.
The N'West Iowa Review reports that the accident took place around 2:00 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 75 and 430th Street.
Investigators believe a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox was heading south on US-75 when it rear-ended a 2021 GMC Sierra pickup truck that was stopped waiting to make a left turn.
The Chevrolet's 28-year-old driver suffered minor injuries, but he did not require hospitalization. It is unclear if the 47-year-old driver of the GMC was hurt.
Both vehicles sustained over $15,000 in damages.
