ELY, IA – Two people were hospitalized following a single-vehicle rollover crash near Ely on Wednesday afternoon.
According to a report by KCRG, Linn County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene at about 1:20 p.m. within the 3800 block of Hoosier Creek Road.
Investigators believe the driver overcorrected in the roadway, causing the vehicle to overturn into a nearby field.
Both occupants were not wearing seatbelts when the crash occurred. Both were rushed to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
