SCOTT CO., IA – A man was injured after an accident in Scott County Saturday afternoon.
OurQuadCities reports that the crash took place at 26618 Bluff Road at around 3:16 p.m., when the driver of a vehicle going west on Bluff failed to properly navigate a curve and drove straight into a mailbox and telephone pole. The vehicle rolled over and ended up on its top.
It is reported that the driver was not wearing a seatbelt and that alcohol might have been a contributing factor to the accident.
The accident remains under investigation.
