LINN CO., IA - A man was sent to the hospital and then jail on Wednesday after being injured in a rollover crash northeast of Central City, the Linn County Sheriff's Office reports.

Authorities say the 21-year-old Marion resident was driving north on Duck Pond Road when he lost control of his vehicle near Brown Road, causing it to hit a ditch, overturn, and come to a rest on its roof.
Ambulance crews transported him to Center Point Hospital, where he was treated and then jailed for several previous violations.
Police are investigating the incident on a possible Operating While Intoxicated charge.
