DES MOINES, IA – Police in Des Moines responded to the scene of a vehicle vs. building collision on Tuesday night.
According to a report by the Des Moines Police Scanner, the driver slammed into a building at the intersection of 7th and Fremont Street shortly before 7 p.m.
