COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - A motorcyclist died after colliding with a pickup truck on the ramp from US 6 to westbound I-80 Saturday, according to WOWT.
The motorcyclist and the pickup truck driver were merging onto I-80 when the motorcyclist hit the rear of the pickup truck before colliding with a guardrail. The collision threw the motorcyclist off the motorcycle.
Rescue crews transported the motorcyclist to an area hospital, where they died.
Nobody inside the pickup truck was hurt in the incident.
